• Provide a fast, friendly and efficient service
• Provide clear information on our products and services
• Ensure you are aware of all the documents you need to submit with your claim
• Aim to pay all eligible claims payable in £Sterling, $US Dollars or €Euros: within 15 Working Days - In any other currency: within 20 Working Days, from receipt of final requested documentation
• At all times act fairly and reasonably when we deal with you
